I need to change my shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact me ASAP. As long as it hasn't shipped, we can update it to the current address.
My item arrived damaged. Now what?
Please contact me within 24 hours of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there.
I am unhappy with my order. Now what?
Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together to come up with a solution. Please make sure you read the entire listing description. This will assure expectations of size, color, etc. Due to all orders being personalized, we do not give refunds.
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchangea. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (customized gifts)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we are shipping internationally we are not responsible for any fees including but not limited to COD (cash on delivery, brokerage fees, customs or duties fees.) We Offer Route Shipping Protection for all orders. If an order is lost, damaged or stolen we do not assume responsibility. You must file a claim with Route and or USPS, UPS, FEDEX.
