Business Days are monday- friday no weekends or holidays.we ask for up to 3-4 business days for additional TAT for sales (b1g1, 50%, Major Sales, Bulk Buys, Free Pens,etc)  and holidays. We have a no refund policy and cancellation policy.

First-Class Mail® service is an affordable and easy way to send envelopes and lightweight packages.

Priority Mail, you'll get an estimated service of 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days based on where you're shipping your package from and where it's being sent

If you're wanting a rushed next day order please select that in shipping when checking out. First-class can take up to 5 days and Priority which is slightly more will be 1-3 days.

Please note once I ship your order USPS tends to not scan in every location. Please check the tracking number through the USPS website due to If there are any delays or shipping issues please reach out to me.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The current production time is 1-8 business days. Unless otherwise mentioned in the specific listing. This does NOT include shipping time.


Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (customized gifts)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Tumbler Presses take up to 35 business days to ship and 35 business days to arrive

All embroidered items or boxes can take up to 10 business days to ship. 

All studded tumblers or beer glasses can take up to 14 business days to ship
